Instructions
1. Finely grate the zucchini.
2. Using a cloth, squeeze out the zucchini puree, trying to extract as much liquid as possible.
3. In a container, mix the zucchini with the whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder, and soy milk.
4. Mix all ingredients until you get a consistent mixture.
5. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet (covered with parchment paper) and decorate it with pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
6. Once the oven is preheated, bake the bread for 60 minutes at 355ºF.
