Ingredients

Onion:
Leek:
Potatoes:
Zucchini:

Instructions

1. Chop the onion and leek.
2. Saute them in a large skillet or pot.
3. Add the potato and zucchini.
4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with water.
5. Prick the potato with a fork to make sure it's well poked (it has to be poked easily).
6. Add some cream cheese (optional).
7. Turn off the heat and blend well with the handheld shredder.
