Rice with vegetables

Ingredients

Red pepper:
Carrot:
Zucchini:
Peas:
Basmati rice:

1 can
1 cup

Instructions

1. Put the basmati rice in a pot to cook.
2. Cut the vegetables into cubes and sauté them in a pan with a little vegetable oil and paprika, until they are completely integrated.
3. Chop the zucchini into medium pieces and add it to the pan so that it integrates with the other ingredients. You can add salt and spices to your liking; we recommend garlic powder, ginger, cumin, and curry.
4. Once the rice is cooked, add it to the pan. Also, add the peas and stir.
5. When the rice and peas have been integrated, put the pan on low heat and add, if you have it, a tablespoon of coconut cream.
6. Stir for 1 more minute and turn off the heat.
7. Let it rest at room temperature.
