Rice cake with chocolate

Chocolate:
Rice cakes:
Peanut butter:
Fruit jam:
Coconut oil:

2 oz / 60 gr.
1 unit
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate, with a little coconut oil, in the microwave in 10-second intervals.
2. Spread peanut butter and jam over the rice cake.
3. Cover the pancake with the melted chocolate.
4. Place it on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least an hour.
