Ingredients

Red lentils:
Olive oil:
Yeast:
Paprika:
Onion powder:
Parsley powder:
Garlic powder:
Psyllium:

1 fl oz / 30 ml
1/2 oz / 12 gr.
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Let the lentils soak overnight.
2. Dissolve the yeast in 2 fl oz of warm water.
3. Drain the lentils and put them in the blender.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients.
5. Blend well until you get a homogeneous consistency.
6. Pour the mixture into a mold (pre-greased).
7. Place in a preheated oven, and cook for 30 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
8. Remove from oven, let rest in a container with a lid for 2 hours.
9. Unmolds.
