Cooked quinoa:

Instructions
1. Dice the onion and leek.
2. Spoon them into a frying pan over medium heat, drizzle with olive oil, and stir.
3. Sprinkle in some salt.
4. After chopping, add the mushrooms to the pan and stir.
5. Stir in a small amount of optional parsley along with the oil and garlic.
6. After ten minutes of cooking, transfer to a bowl.
7. Combine the protein, quinoa, ground flax, seasoning, and other ingredients (first with a spoon and then with your hands until a manageable dough is formed).
8. Form tiny balls into the shape of hamburgers; Transfer them to a baking sheet coated with oil and bake at 180°/350ºF for 10 minutes (preheat the oven to that temperature for 10 minutes).
