Quinoa and Chocolate Snack

Ingredients

Walnuts:
Dates:
Nut butter:
Cocoa powder:
Chocolate:

1.5 cups
12 units
1/2 cup
3 tablespoons
5 oz. / 140 gr.

Instructions

1. In a container, place the walnuts, dates, cocoa and butter.
2. Blend very well until you get a homogeneous dough.
3. Put the dough in a mold, spread it and press it over the entire surface.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil.
6. Pour the melted chocolate over the dough and add small pieces of nuts.
7. Refrigerate for 1 more hour.
