Instructions
1. Soak the pumpkin seeds in hot water for about 1 hour.
2. After this time, drain the seeds and remove the shells.
3. In the blender, place the pumpkin seeds, 1 cup of water, and the spices.
4. Process for a couple of seconds until all ingredients are incorporated.
5. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil or margarine, pour in the mixture and stir in a circular motion.
6. After a couple of minutes, you'll have the perfect substitute for scrambled eggs.
