Egg whites:
Oatmeal:
Onion powder:
Baking soda:
White vinegar:
Protein powder:

7 fl oz / 200 ml
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
6 gr.
1 gr.
1 teaspoon
1/2 oz / 15 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put all the ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Bring the pan to medium heat (with a drizzle of olive oil), and turn them over; cook on both sides until done.
