Organic eggs:
Greek yogurt:
Protein powder:

Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous consistency. Add a little cinnamon and sweetener of your choice.
2.. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
3. Add some of the mixture.
4. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
5. Repeat the process.
6. Remove from heat and add your preferred toppings to each pancake.
