Ingredients
Mashed potato powder:
Vegan milk:
Vegan cheese:
20 gr.
4 fl oz / 120 ml
20 gr.
Instructions
1. In a bowl, put the milk with the mashed potato powder.
2. Mix well.
3. Add the cheese and mix again until it forms a consistent dough.
4. Make small balls and flatten them (if you want them fine, you can use the roller).
5. Cook in a frying pan (non-stick or with a little oil) over medium heat on both sides until you see that they are cooked.
