Ingredients

Pistachios:
Cooked chickpeas:
Garlic:
Lemon:

1/2 cup
10.5 oz / 300 gr.
1 clove
1 unit

Instructions

1. Get the lemon juice.
2. Put all the ingredients in the food processor with 4 fl oz of water.
3. Add a little olive oil and stir.
4. Add more oil as you grind until you get the desired consistency.
5. Pour it into a container with a lid and keep it refrigerated.
