Ingredients
Vegan milk:
Pineapple:
Cornstarch:
10.5 oz / 300 gr.
3 slices
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Instructions
1. Combine the coconut milk, pineapple (cut out the core), and your preferred sweetener.
2. After transferring the mixture to a saucepan, heat it on medium. Stir continuously.
3. When the mixture becomes creamy, add the cornstarch and stir.
4. Transfer to a mold and allow it to come to room temperature.
5. Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
