1. Grease an oven-safe tray.
2. Place the phyllo dough sheets on the tray.
3. Add 0.5 fl oz of olive oil on top, the cheese, and the sliced pear.
4. In a container, mix the milk with the eggs.
5. Pour the mixture over the baking tray.
6. Add a little honey and bake for 10 minutes at 200ºC/390°F.
