Ingredients

Green peas:
Tahini sauce:
Lemon:
Culantro:

1 cup
2 tablespoons
1 unit
1 sprig

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, cook the peas in plenty of water until they are soft.
2. Drain the peas and transfer them to a container.
3. Using a fork, mash them to form a puree.
4. Add salt and spices to taste, we recommend paprika, chili, pepper, and turmeric.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of tahini, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and finely chopped fresh cilantro.
6. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
