Ingredients

Tofu:
Corn flour:
Nutritional yeast:
Garlic powder:
Vegan milk:
Garlic:

7 oz / 200 gr.

13.5 fl oz / 400 ml
3 cloves
8 oz / 250 gr.

Instructions

1. Tofu, cornmeal, plant-based milk, nutritional yeast (you can use vegan Parmesan), garlic powder, and a small amount of salt (to taste) should all be combined in a bowl.
2. Until all the ingredients are combined, thoroughly blend.
3. Warm up the pan, drizzle with a bit of vegetable oil, and sear the garlic cloves.
4. When the mixture thickens, add it to the pan and stir thoroughly.
5. Cook your preferred pasta in a pot. The packaging from each manufacturer specifies the cooking time.
6. Toss in the cooked pasta and sauce in the pan. Integrate carefully.
