Overnight oats with strawberries

Ingredients

Strawberries:
Rolled oats:
Soy yogurt:
Vainilla sweetener:
Chocolate:

7 units
3/4 cup
1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoon
1.5 oz / 40 gr.

Instructions

1. In a pan, toast the rolled oats for a couple of minutes.
2. In a container, place the rolled oats, 4 strawberries, yogurt, and vanilla.
3. Blend well until all ingredients are incorporated. Set aside.
4. Cut the remaining 3 strawberries into small to medium squares and place them in a glass.
5. Add the mixture to the glass.
6. Melt chocolate and pour it over the preparation.
7. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before consuming.
