1. Grate the orange peel and put it in the blender jar.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add a little cinnamon if you like.
3. Blend until you get a homogeneous consistency.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and microwave for 6 and a half minutes.
5. Remove and let cool at room temperature.
