Oat flour:
Greek yogurt:
Organic eggs:
Chia:
Flaxseeds:
Baking powder:

1/4 cup
1 tablespoon
1 unit
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a container, mix all the ingredients. Add salt to your taste.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
3. Pour the preparation and cook it like a pita bread.
4. When it's golden on both sides, remove and let it cool.
5. Fill with vegetables or ingredients of your choice.
