Ingredients

Protein powder:
Chia:
Banana:
Peanut butter:
Sesame seeds::

1 oz / 30 gr.
1 tablespoon
1 unit
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the protein with a little water until well combined.
2. Add the chia and mix.
3. Place in the fridge.
4. Put the banana, peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of cold water in the glass of the blender and blend until smooth.
5. Spoon the mixture over the protein chia layer of the bowl that was in the fridge.
6. Add sesame seeds on top.
