Ingredients
Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Baking powder:
Organic eggs:
1 oz / 25 gr.
1/2 oz / 12 gr.
2 gr.
1 unit
Instructions
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Remix after adding the egg. You can also add your preferred spices.
3. Transfer half of the mixture in, then add your preferred filling (vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, etc.).
4. Top with the leftover mixture.
5. Place it in the air fryer and cook at 190°C/375ºF for 7–9 minutes.
