Mushrooms:
Chickpea flour:
Vegan milk:
Paprika:
Curry powder:
Bread crumbs:

2 oz / 50 gr.
Instructions
1. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
2. In a bowl put all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs.
3. In another bowl put the breadcrumbs.
4. Dip the mushroom slices first through the plant-based milk bowl and then through the breadcrumbs.
5. Place the sheets on a greased baking sheet and bake over medium heat on top for 30 min.
