Almonds:
Icing sugar:
Organic eggs:
5 oz / 140 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.

Instructions
1. Combine the sugar with the whites of three eggs and two yolks.
2. Toast the almonds in a pan before adding them to the mixture.
3. Grind again.
4. Place the mixture in a mold and cook at 170°C/340ºF for 15 minutes.
5. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
