Mango:
Soy yogurt:
Red pepper:
Curry powder:
Xanthan gum:
Mango essence:
7 oz / 200 gr.
4 fl oz / 125 ml
10 gr.
1 unit
1/4 teaspoon
5 drops
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of mustard if you plan to dye.
2. Mix it thoroughly.
3. Transfer the mixture into a covered container and refrigerate.
