Organic eggs:
Dairy yogurt:
Lemon:
Grated coconut:
Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Baking powder:

5 fl oz / 150 ml
1/2 unit
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1,5 oz / 40 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
7 gr.
Instructions
1. Using a hand blender, combine all of the ingredients in a container. You can optionally add coconut flavoring and your preferred sweetener.
2. Transfer the mixture to a mold that has previously been greased with coconut oil.
3. Bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
4. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
