Ingredients

Vegan greek yogurt:
Grated coconut:
Cocoa powder:

8.5 fl oz / 250 ml
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.

Instructions

1. In a container, add the plant-based Greek yogurt and the grated coconut. Mix until well integrated.
2. Put the mixture in a mold on parchment paper and place it in the freezer for half an hour.
3. In a cup, mix cocoa with a splash of water and sweetener to taste.
4. Remove the mold from the freezer and put a layer of the cocoa sauce you prepared on top.
5. Place it in the freezer for 3 hours.
6. Remove, wait 15 minutes, and cut into bars (keep the ones you don't use in the freezer).
