Ingredients
Chocolate:
Egg whites:
Dairy yogurt:
Protein powder:
2.5 oz / 80 gr.
1 fl oz / 35 ml
1 oz / 25 gr.
Instructions
1. Put two paper cups in the freezer to cool them down.
2. Put a pot of water on the stove in a double boiler and place the chocolate in a cup to melt, or melt in the microwave.
3. Place the Egg whitess in a bowl and beat until stiff, adding the erythritol little by little.
4. Pour the melted chocolate into two paper cups, trying to cover the entire surface.
5. Place in the freezer for a couple of minutes.
6. Manually integrate the Egg whitess, yogurts and protein. You can add toppings of your choice.
7. Pour the mixture into the chocolate glasses.
8. Place in the freezer for about 6 hours.
