Hazelnut coulant

Ingredients

Organic eggs:
Hazelnuts:
Erythritol:
White chocolate:

2 units
2 oz / 60 gr.
10 gr.
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Hazelnuts should be chopped and toasted over medium heat in a frying pan.
2. Combine the erythritol, toasted hazelnuts in and eggs in a bowl. You could use vanilla extract.
3. Spoon mixture into two mugs that are safe to use in the microwave. Insert a piece of white chocolate about halfway into each mug.
4. Give every container a 50-second microwave cycle.
5. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
