Ingredients

Wheat flour:
Soy yogurt:
Yeast:
Tofu:
Onion:
Soy sauce:
Agave syrup:
Paprika:

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, 2 fl oz of yoghurt, baking powder and salt to taste.
2. Knead for 2 minutes and form into a ball.
3. Reserve the dough in a bowl, covered with a cloth until the yeast takes effect and doubles in volume.
4. Degas the dough and divide it into buns.
5. Cook each bun in a frying pan over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.
6. In another bowl, mix, with a spoon, pieces of tofu, 4 fl oz of yoghurt, onion (diced), soy sauce, syrup, paprika and garlic powder.
7. Put the preparation in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 350ºF/180ºC.
8. In another bowl, whisk together 7 fl oz of yoghurt, cucumber, 1 teaspoon of garlic, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of oil and salt to taste.
9. Spread the pita bread, which you had set aside, on a surface.
10. Add a little of the sauce, a few slices of tomato and some lettuce on top.
11. Add the tofu and close the bread, in a conical shape.
