Ingredients

Oven:
Soy yogurt:
Wheat flour:
Spinach:
Barley grass:
Baking powder:

3.5 fl oz / 100 ml
1 unit
1/2 cup
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl place the flour, barley and yeast.
2. Mix well with a spoon. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with the spinach and salt.
4. Make a well in the flour bowl and pour in the yogurt mixture.
5. Stir until integrated.
6. Place the dough on a parchment paper.
7. Sprinkle flour on top and shape it into a round.
8. Bake in air fryer at 170°C for 10 minutes.
9. Flip it over and continue baking for 5 more minutes.
