Grated sunflower and flax cheese

Ingredients

Sunflower seeds:
Nutritional yeast:
Flax seeds:
Sesame seeds:
Turmeric powder:

10 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Using a blender or, alternatively, an immersion blender, grind the seeds very well until you get a powder.
2. Mix the result with spices, salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, process again.
3. Transfer the preparation to a container with a lid, and store it this way.
