3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the cubed fruits, eggs, and olive oil. Triturate well with a hand blender and reserve.
2. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
3. Next, combine the two mixtures.
4. Place the mixture in an oven-safe mold.
5. Heat it for 30 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
6. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
