Ingredients
Frozen fruit:
Agar-Agar:
17.5 oz / 500 gr.
5 teaspoons
Instructions
1. In the blender, crush the fruit with 1 liter of water.
2. In the saucepan, cook the agar agar for 3 minutes with a little water until it is diluted very well.
3. After the 3 minutes of boiling, add the agar agar into the fruit smoothie.
4. Mixes very well.
5. Serve in molds or glasses, let stand at room temperature.
6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
