Cornstarch:
Turmeric powder:
Kala namak:
Nutritional yeast:
Vegan parmesan:
Bread:
Tomato:

7 oz / 200 gr.
2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 cup
2 slices
1 unit

Instructions

1. In the blender bowl put the tofu, cornstarch, turmeric, salt and yeast; Blend until well combined.
2. Transfer it to a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil and cook on both sides as if it were a French omelette.
3. On one of the slices of bread, put slices of tomato and then the preparation.
4. Close with the other slice of bread.
