Fluffy pancakes

Ingredients

Egg whites:
Banana:
Oat flour:
Dairy milk:

13.5 fl oz / 400 ml
1 unit
1 unit
8 tablespoons
1/2 fl oz / 15 ml

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the Egg whitess, egg, mashed banana, flour and milk.
2. Mix well until a thick cream is formed.
3. Preheat a pan.
4. With a ladle, pour a little of the mixture into a pancake.
5. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
6. Continue until the mixture is finished.
7. With the pancakes, form a tower and bathe with toppings to taste.
