Flaxseed and egg bread

Ingredients

Egg whites:
Flaxseed flour:

10 fl oz / 300 ml
3.5 oz / 100 gr.

Instructions

1. Beat the Egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
2. Add the flaxseed flour and beat again until integrated.
3. Transfer the mixture to a previously greased mold.
4. Bake at 180ºC/350°F for 10 minutes.
