Flax pancakes

Ingredients

Flax seeds:
Buckwheat:

3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Soak the flax seeds in 7 fl oz of water for 60 minutes.
2. Once the seeds are activated (the consistency will change), blend them well.
3. Add the buckwheat and blend again. You can also add your preferred spices.
4. If you find the consistency too thick, add a little more water and mix until you get a texture similar to traditional pancake batter.
5. Heat a pan over medium heat, add olive oil (or your preferred oil) and cook parts of the mixture one by one to form the pancakes.
