Eggplant in peanut sauce

Eggplants:
Peanut butter:
Soy sauce:
Garlic powder:
Cayenne:

Instructions
1. Remove the skin from the eggplant and cut it first into slices and then into strips; Leave the strips in salted water for half an hour to remove the bitterness; rinse them.
2. Cook them in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. While preparing the sauce, and to make it, put the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic and chili pepper in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
4. Add the sauce over the eggplant and mix; cook for 5 min.
