Cassava starch:
Chocolate:
Gluten-free cookies:

7 fl oz / 200 ml

2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the plant-based milk, cocoa, starch, chocolate (melted), hazelnut spread, and sweetener of your choice.
2. Microwave in 1-minute time intervals until thickened.
3. Separately, soak the cookies.
4. Transfer the blend into a mold. separating the mixture layer from the cookie layer.
5. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
