Ingredients
Egg whites:
Oat flour:
Protein powder:
Dairy yogurt:
Xanthan gum;
Baking powder:
2 fl oz / 60 ml
1 oz / 30 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 tablespoon
3 gr.
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
2. On a baking sheet, place a baking paper.
3. Pass the diva mixture into 2 portions, making a croissant shape.
4. Brush with egg yolk and sweetener to taste.
5. Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 8 to 10 minutes.
