Ingredients

Tofu:
Cornstarch:

4.5 oz / 125 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions

1. Cut the tofu into slices ½ cm thick.
2. Using a cloth, remove excess moisture from each piece by pressing the cloth for 10 minutes.
3. Coat each slice with cornstarch.
4. Sprinkle a little olive oil on the tofu slices.
5. Place the slices in the waffle maker (preheated).
6. Cook for 4 minutes or until the slices are golden brown.
