Ingredients

Soy yogurt:
Almond flour:
Oatmeal:
Chocolate chips:

2.5 oz / 70 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips).
2. Mix well until you get a consistent dough.
3. Make small balls with the dough and place them on a parchment paper, and flatten them.
4. Cut your favorite chocolate into small pieces and place the pieces on top of the cookies.
5. Microwave for 1 minute, remove, wait a few seconds, and return to another minute.
6. Let cool to room temperature.
