Oat flour:
Almond flour:
Instant coffee:
Baking powder:
Organic eggs:
1 oz / 20 gr.
1 oz / 20 gr.
1/2 teaspoon
3 gr.
1 unit
Instructions
1. In 30 mL of boiling water, dissolve the instant coffee.
2. Put all of the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and mix thoroughly until they are homogenous. You can add your preferred sweetener.
3. Microwave the bowl for one minute.
4. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
