Ingredients

Pumpkin:
Vegan milk:
Cinnamon:
Erythritol:
Agar-Agar:
Chocolate:

9.5 oz / 275 gr.
13.5 fl oz / 400 ml
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
4 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions

1. Cut the squash into chunks and boil until tender; strain it.
2. Put it in the blender and add the rest of the ingredients (minus the chocolate); Blend until you get a homogeneous consistency.
3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, wait for it to boil, put medium heat and cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
4. Transfer it to a mold and let cool to room temperature; Then put it in the fridge for an hour.
5. Remove, unmold and decorate to taste; At this point, melted chocolate is an option.
