Ingredients

Grated coconut:
Coconut oil:
Chocolate:
Protein powder:
Chocolate:

3 oz / 80 gr.
1 tablespoon
5 oz / 150 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
5 oz / 150 gr.

Instructions

1. In a container, combine the protein powder and 60 mL of water.
2. Combine the grated coconut and coconut oil.
3. Continue mixing until the dough is kneadable.
4. Form dough balls with wet hands and set aside on a tray.
5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave at 15-second intervals.
6. Bathe the coconut balls with the melted chocolate.
7. Place them in the refrigerator for three hours.
