Cocoa powder:
Xanthan gum:
Erythritol:

10 gr.
3 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.

Instructions

1. Put the cocoa, sweetener, xanthan gum, and 8.5 fl oz of water in a bowl.
2. Beat vigorously until well combined.
3. Keep it chilled, in a covered container.
