Ingredients

Chickpea flour:
Olive oil:
Dried oregano:

8 oz / 250 gr.
2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, add the chickpea flour, olive oil, oregano, a little salt and 4 fl oz of water.
2. Mix very well until you get a thick consistency.
3. Let the preparation sit for 30 minutes.
4. Bring a frying pan to medium heat and add a little olive oil.
5. Pour spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and cook on both sides.
6. Repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
