Ingredients

Egg whites:
Fresh cheese:
Zucchini:
Lemon:
Protein powder:
Cheesecake essence:
Oat flour:

4 fl oz / 100 ml
2 oz / 60 gr.
2 oz / 60 gr.
1 unit
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
10 drops
1.5 oz / 40 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put the lemon zest along with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture to a greased oven-safe pan.
4.Bake in a preheated oven at 325ºF for 10 minutes (to find out if it's ready, remove it after the time has elapsed and prick it with a fork; the fork should come out dry, otherwise, leave it for a few more minutes and try with the fork).
