Ingredients

Cottage cheese:
Organic eggs:
Egg whites:
Goat cheese:
Oat flour:
Fruit jam:

4 oz / 120 gr.
1 unit
4 oz / 120 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
10 gr.
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients, excluding the fruit jam, in a bowl.
2. Transfer the batter into a mold and bake at 190°C/375ºF for 25 minutes in the oven.
3. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.
4. Cover the cheesecake with the fruit jam.
