Ingredients
Cauliflower:
Organic eggs:
Vegan parmesan:
14 oz / 400 gr.
2 units
2.5 oz / 80 gr.
Instructions
1. Cook the cauliflower in plenty of water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, put all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix well.
4. Put a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil.
5. Place mountains of the mixture you prepared and flatten them a little to give them the shape of a croquette.
6. Cook on both sides.
